Wednesday Morning Education

Every Wednesday morning following morning devotional, the hospital staff all gather in a little classroom for a short education class.  One of the staff or a visitor will teach the class.  This is one of the pediatric nurses teaching.

Her name is Elionola.  She taught about the treatment for AIDS in the preganant mother and the baby upon birth.  The baby will need to receive treatment for a minimum of one year and very possibly longer.  I am planning to participate in teaching the staff during some of these classes in the very near future.

After the class was finished, Bill Stinson (on the right) the stateside Chimala Administrator spoke to the staff thanking them for a job well done last Friday when we had 138 patients from one vehicle accident.  I also spoke to the staff as I worked with them last Friday and was very impressed with their work.

Here is a picture with most of the staff.  Remember you are looking the staff for 120 bed hospital and out-patient clinics.
